Product Manager

Cisco is looking for an experienced Product Manager for our VPN team. This individual will work with our partners, customer and internal support organizations to define new capabilities and features for Cisco's site-site VPN solutions. This individual will also define and enhance existing services and product offerings, identify new technologies and manage product positioning that will aid in delivering a world-class VPN Solution.
Required Skills:
8-10 years of product management experience in a software development environment, including creation and maintenance of prototypes, high level and detailed requirements documents.
Proven ability to lead and influence highly cross functional teams and an ability to work enthusiastically with people outside of the immediate team to drive consensus and results Strong ability to quickly establish and develop professional working relationships with Cisco resources, third party vendors and consultant resources Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and Ability to effectively influence and interact with an executive-level audience. Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
Education: BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
